About
About US
The work involved in facilitating and managing a room of very accomplished business owners takes a special ability.
Emotional intelligence, business acumen, and a willingness to get in each other’s face from time to time is what makes membership engaging and intimate.
Like two magnets of the same polarity accountability and performance will always tend apart. Our group is about leaning into those moments and championing the growth of grit and humility.
Our sweet spot
The People Who Work Best With Us
Curiosity to become a better Manager
Being a good technician is one thing. Knowing how to lead a team of technicians and the office takes a different set of tools and skills
Coachability
At our core, we foster a culture where coachability reigns supreme. Nurturing receptiveness to instruction and a steadfast commitment to personal evolution is key.
Willingness to learn
The members grow when each are willing to share, ask questions, and fill in blind spots inside the real issues in their operation. It is important that they can laugh at themselves.
Team size between 5-75 employees
With exception, we will let a leader in with a team smaller than this amount. More than this and there are usually better groups to support the ongoing growth of the leader
Service Companies
Did your client sign the contract? Who is managing the ongoing feedback and communication loop while the project is in flight? Yup, we know that conversation.
Installation/repair Companies
Making house calls or have a scheduler balancing work loads and technician ability? Getting this team composition right is not easy!
Engineering/Manufacturing
Process improvement and expectation management is a frequent topic amongst the group. The challenges within this high skill engineering group are often consistent with the other industries present.
